All our products are manufactured and printed specifically after an order is placed. Due to the customized nature of our products, please read our refund and return policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

As all products are custom-made or made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been processed or shipped.

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong vehicle model or product variant
  • Incorrect information provided by the customer
  • Color preference changes after production has started
  • Installation errors or damage caused during installation
  • Normal wear and tear after use

Please ensure all order details are correct before placing your order.


Refunds

We do not offer refunds for custom-made or personalized products except in the situations listed below.

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • You change your mind after placing the order.
  • You ordered the wrong item or vehicle model.
  • The product has already entered production.
  • The product has been installed, modified, or damaged after delivery.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect item
  • A product different from your confirmed order

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Email us with:

  • Your Order Number
  • Clear photos of the product
  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

After verification, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include:

  • A free replacement
  • Partial refund (if applicable)
  • Full refund (only if replacement is not possible)

The decision will be made after reviewing the submitted evidence.


Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled before production has started.

Once printing, cutting, customization, or manufacturing begins, the order cannot be cancelled.


Installation Responsibility

Vehicle decals require proper installation.

BIGMIC IDEA is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper installation
  • Air bubbles
  • Stretching or tearing during installation
  • Incorrect surface preparation
  • Installation by inexperienced persons

Professional installation is highly recommended.


Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery dates are provided for reference only.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier companies
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Customs clearance
  • Natural disasters
  • Other circumstances beyond our control
