Every product is carefully manufactured, printed, laminated, and quality checked before shipment. Please read our shipping policy below.


Order Processing

All products are made to order.

Production begins only after your order has been confirmed and payment has been successfully received.

Our standard production time is:

  • Vehicle Decals: 2 business days
  • Custom Photo Frames: 2–4 business days
  • Personalized & Custom Products: 2–5 business days

Production times may vary during holidays, promotional sales, or periods of high order volume.


Shipping Time

After production is complete, your order will be dispatched through one of our trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery times are:

Within India

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 business days
  • Remote Areas: 5–10 business days

International Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on the destination country, customs clearance, and local courier services.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other applicable charges imposed by their country.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated during checkout based on:

  • Delivery location
  • Package size
  • Product weight
  • Shipping method selected

Free shipping promotions, if offered, will be clearly displayed on the website.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email or message containing your tracking number and courier details.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.


Delivery Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delivery schedules are estimates only.

BIGMIC IDEA is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier service disruptions
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Natural disasters
  • Customs inspections
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer
  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided:

  • Delivery may be delayed or unsuccessful.
  • Additional shipping charges for re-delivery may apply.
  • BIGMIC IDEA is not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Failed Delivery

If a package is returned to us because:

  • The customer was unavailable
  • The address was incorrect
  • The package was refused

The customer will be responsible for the shipping charges required to resend the order.


Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photographs of:
    • The outer packaging
    • The shipping label
    • The damaged product
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After verification, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or other suitable solution.


Custom Products

Since all products are custom manufactured specifically for each customer:

  • Orders cannot be modified once production has started.
  • Orders cannot be cancelled after production begins.
  • Shipping cannot be expedited after dispatch.
